RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Naaz Book Depot. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian consumer laws.
SECTION 1 - RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags and accessories are intact
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice)
- The return request is raised by contacting us at naazgroupofficial@gmail.com within the 7-day window
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and the item will be returned to you at your cost.
SECTION 2 - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received in a damaged or defective condition:
- Attar and fragrance products that have been opened, used or have broken seals
- Products marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Items that have been personalised or customised at your request
- Digital or downloadable products
SECTION 3 - DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or materially different from what was described on our website, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs sent to naazgroupofficial@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, subject to verification.
SECTION 4 - REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
SECTION 5 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at naazgroupofficial@gmail.com or call +91 91634 31395. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return process applies.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued to the customer without delay.

2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending any item back

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
