All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is accepted and a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
During peak periods, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays to you by email.
SECTION 2 - DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)
We ship across India via reputed courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch are as follows:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 3–5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 7–12 business days
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control are not the responsibility of Naaz Book Depot.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination and are displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on orders meeting a minimum order value, as communicated on our website from time to time.
SECTION 4 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to select international destinations. International delivery timelines typically range from 10–21 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance times.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other levies imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Naaz Book Depot has no control over and is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges.
SECTION 5 - TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received a tracking update within 5 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at naazgroupofficial@gmail.com.
SECTION 6 - INCORRECT ADDRESS AND FAILED DELIVERY
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before confirming your order. Naaz Book Depot is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges arising from a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or an unsuccessful delivery attempt will be borne by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping charges will apply.
SECTION 7 - LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date at naazgroupofficial@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of any damage. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the matter as promptly as possible.
